This sculpture was inspired by the post at the center of Swarm Gallery. I was interested in breaking the architectural and environmental planes of two dimensional space into a human-scale sculpture that shifts as the viewer moves throughout the gallery. The sculpture addresses the juncture between a personal, intimate relationship to space and the larger, more constant world of architecture and nature.
